Careers Support

Our careers support service is here to aid neurodivergent individuals in discovering and maintaining meaningful work. We offer several affordable packages, which we hope will suit a wide range of career seekers and parents/carers - whether you are just beginning to consider work options, or would like to arrange or access specific placements.

Our careers support is provided by Paul Anderson, founder of The Autism Adventure. Paul was a careers tutor for students at the University of Birmingham, through which he arranged many placements and collaborative projects with external companies. He also worked at a further education college, where he provided 1:1 support for young adults accessing the workplace for the first time.
